AI workflow improvement for P&L impact.
We work alongside your team to redesign one high-friction workflow with AI, prove the result in 30 days, and leave the team running it without us.
Schedule a discovery call.Your team does the work every day. The work is uneven.
The team runs the same work every day. Some people are fast. Others are slow. Quality varies. Prep takes too long. Follow-ups slip. You have tried checklists and process documents. You have probably been pitched AI training that read as too abstract to deploy.
Some people are fast, others are slow.
What is missing is a way to fix one painful workflow, prove it worked, and put the difference in front of leadership in 30 days.
Three categories. None of them improve a workflow.
Most AI consulting falls into one of three categories.
Training programs build AI skills inside the team. Skills get added. The workflow itself does not change, and the buyer cannot point to a P&L result.
Strategy engagements produce decks and roadmaps. The decks get circulated. The work the team performs every day continues unchanged.
Tooling vendors sell the AI platform. The license gets approved. Whether anyone uses it well, and whether it improves a real workflow, is left to the buyer.
ZuluSierra is none of these. We identify one high-friction workflow inside your team, redesign it with AI, and produce documented before-and-after measurement on metrics that move the P&L. The team learns the new approach by running the work, not by sitting in a class.
The 30-day pilot.
We run a 30-day workflow improvement pilot for one non-technical team inside your operation. Four weekly sessions. Approximately 60 minutes each. Delivered live by Zach Sikes via Zoom and supported by a shared workspace your team already uses (Google Doc, Notion, or equivalent).
Before the pilot starts, a 30-minute manager discovery call selects the workflow, confirms the team and timing, and produces a workflow inventory the manager keeps.
The pilot does not require new tools, IT review, or vendor procurement. The team uses the AI tools already approved in your environment. PII, PHI, and regulated case material are out of scope by design.
What the buyer receives by Week 4:
- 1. A documented before-state and after-state of the targeted workflow on two to three measurable metrics: time recovered, cycle time reduction, consistency improvement, or rework reduction.
- 2. A 2 to 3 page leadership summary the buyer can forward to senior leadership in five minutes.
- 3. A Capabilities Built section noting the durable skills the team and manager retain (prompting, evaluating AI output, applying workflow frameworks, reinforcement techniques).
- 4. An expansion recommendation if the proof supports it.
The leadership summary is the buyer's deliverable regardless of whether the engagement expands.
Schedule a discovery call. The engagement, week by week.
Pre-pilot. Manager discovery call. Thirty minutes, one to two weeks before Session 1.
Map the team's repeatable workflows. Pre-select the pilot workflow. Confirm logistics. Document a workflow inventory the manager keeps.
Week 1. Baseline and setup.
Map the current workflow. Measure current state on two to three specific metrics. Define the improved workflow. Equip the team with what it needs to execute.
Week 2. Implementation begins.
The team runs the improved workflow on live work. The first coaching session troubleshoots and reinforces. Manager briefing covers how to support adoption.
Week 3. Full implementation.
Second coaching session. Proof data collection begins on time saved, consistency observed, and user feedback.
Week 4. Measurement and summary.
Final coaching session. Proof package compiled. Leadership summary delivered. Before-and-after workflow documented for the process library. Expansion options identified.
Engagement results.
ZuluSierra is in its first engagement, with a member operations team inside the GPO sector. The first engagement summary will appear here once it concludes: workflow targeted, metrics moved, before-and-after measurement, leadership summary excerpt, expansion outcome.
A note on the company stage. The proof model is the same on engagement one as it will be on engagement fifty. Documented before-state. Documented after-state. Two to three metrics. A leadership summary in the buyer's hand by Week 4. The structure does not change with revenue. It is the same protocol every time.
Account Management Operations Pilot
Status: In delivery, Q2 2026
Workflow: Confirmed in manager discovery call
Result: Documented at Week 4
Engagement results are added here as engagements conclude.
What you are not signing up for.
Fixed scope.
One team, one workflow, one workflow category. The workflow is named in the manager discovery call. The scope does not expand mid-engagement.
Fixed timeline.
Thirty days. Four live sessions. The end date is known at the start.
No new tool procurement.
The pilot runs on the AI tools already approved in your environment. No IT request. No security review. No vendor onboarding.
No sensitive-data exposure.
PII, PHI, and regulated case material are out of scope by design. The first conversation with leadership is about business improvement, not risk review.
Measurable proof.
Two to three specific metrics. Before and after. Lightweight self-reported measurement. The proof is either there or it is not, and both sides see it the same way.
A deliverable you keep.
The leadership summary is yours regardless of what happens next. If you decide not to expand, you still hold a documented workflow improvement, measurable results, and a manager reinforcement model.
Founder-delivered.
Zach Sikes runs every session in the current model. No subcontractors. No handoffs.
About the firm.
ZuluSierra is an AI workflow improvement firm based in Park City, Utah. We work with operations leaders running non-technical teams that perform repeatable work where consistency, cycle time, and rework directly affect the P&L.
Founded by Zach Sikes, who has spent his career applying emerging technology to operational work in healthcare and procurement. Most recently a co-founder of Purchase Clinic, acquired by HealthTrust in 2022.
Founder background →Talk through one workflow.
Bring one team and one painful workflow. Thirty minutes. We will walk through whether the pilot is the right next move and what would get measured if it is.
If it is not the right fit, you will leave the call with a clearer view of which workflows in your operation would benefit most from this approach and which to defer.
